Beware the Ides of March

Good morning, good morning, good morning to you! Today is March 15th, do you recall the quote from Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar"..."Beware the Ides of March"?...'twas an unlucky day for Caesar, but a beautiful one here in Chicagoland.

It is another gorgeous day here in Wilmington! Should get back up to 75 or so and sun sun sun! We are interested in hearing about what transpired at the Grounds and Buildings Committee meeting last night at City Hall....

We are tempted to go ahead and put away the heavy coats, hats, etc, but you know Murphy's Law...as soon as we do, it will probably snow!!

Lots of St Patty's Day goings-on this week! Our Irish residents the Bourkes have a wonderful week planned at The Trinity Knot! Raffles, discounts, Celtic music...the festivities last all week! Many of the taverns in town have their own shenanigans planned as well...we will try to get a list together for ya lads and lasses. We are new at the bloggin' bit, so bear with us...good day, fine sir, a good day indeed!!
